The mat itself is beautiful and well-made, with clear, crisp art, and vibrant colors. There was an issue on my end with a new mail delivery person who screwed up and got my package returned to sender, but Jankmats was very helpful when I explained what happened; they promptly re-mailed my playmat and were even kind enough to throw in a set of pretty lilac sleeves! I'm extremely satisfied with my purchase. ♡

Totally Lost jank mat is an excellent, well constructed and well printed from some excellent art. Got the 3.5mm non-stitched mat so not sure on the other thickness/stitchness. Acquired this due to the artwork but glad I did, it is fantastic.

Making a custom mat is super easy, they come out perfectly and the quality if the best I've found from custom mats on the web. Price is A+ and they arrive pretty quickly, won't recommend anywhere else!
