What is Jank Mats?
Jank Mats is a platform dedicated to providing high-quality
trading card game playmats and mousepads that enhance your gaming
experience. Our products combine exceptional design with premium

What size should I buy?
Our standard size mats, 14"x24", is perfect for any TCG. Though if you need more space, go for the XL.
The XL, 15.5"x35.5", gaming mats are perfect for your desktop PC.
Where are the mats made?
All our playmats are proudly designed, printed, and pressed in the
United States - Cumming, GA to be exact. This ensures the highest level
of quality control over our art and craftsmanship. All of our playmat
tubes are crafted by us as well, in house.
Can I cancel my order?
We completely get it, we change our minds too! While we wish could, once an order is placed, we are unable to alter or cancel it at this time. We hope to have a cancellation window one day in the future.
Should the item(s) not work out, make sure to exchange for a preferred style or return for a refund. As a reminder, domestic return shipping is free.
Where do the graphics come from?
Everywhere! We do not discern. The graphics printed on our
playmats range from hand sketched art, to old photos, to complete
digital creations, to regenerative hybrids, and AI. We create premium
playmats to be a stage that makes you excited to look at! Our Creators
Corner playmat designs are supplied by their respective Creator.
How do I place an order?
Placing an order is simple. Just browse our collection of
playmats, choose the design that speaks to you, and follow the checkout
process. You'll receive a confirmation email once your order is
placed.
How long until it ships?
We strive for a 2 business day turnaround, meaning after the order is placed we ship it in 2 days. Our shipping days are Monday, Wednesday, and Friday.
Can I track my order?
Absolutely! Once your order is shipped, you'll receive a tracking
number via email, allowing you to monitor its progress until it reaches
your doorstep.
Are the mats machine washable?
Yes, the mats are machine washable. A gentle Wash cycle is recommended and let the mat air dry. Do not use a dryer as it can damage the mats.
Shipping, Returns & Exchanges
We use all major carriers, and local courier partners. You’ll be asked to select a delivery method during checkout.
What is the shipping policy?
Once your order is placed, you will receive a confirmation email letting you know that our fulfillment team has received your order. Once your order is fulfilled, you will receive an email notification with your tracking information. Shipping fees are non-refundable in the case of returns.
Do you ship overseas?
Yes, we ship all over the world. Shipping costs will apply, and will be added at checkout.
Do you do Customs?
Absolutely!
Click on the Custom Mat Builder link, from here you will have two options. Select either the XL Gaming Mat or the Standard TCG Mat. You can upload your images, add your text and or logos, you can even use every design we have to offer!
